This chart tracks my weight for the current 12 week period. My weight has hovered between 225-230 since January, with a spike in June due to the honeymoon.
6 Months
The six month chart shows how my weight has increased to the 225-230 range due to additional muscle mass. I have begun to leverage the additional pounds at the track and will continue to run throughout the summer.
Since 2004
The longer period chart shows the progress of the weight loss from the summer of 2004 when I was first able to weigh using standard scales. The linear regression line shows how dramatic the weight loss was during the first half of 2005.
